Full Event Planning
Caters to every aspect of an event from booking the venue, DJs, caterers/bakers, photographers, to any other vendors that may be needed to execute your dream event. During the planning process the planner will be available to the client to offer resources and answer any questions during business hours. The planner will direct day of event logistics and vendor management. This service best suits someone who is looking to sit back stress free during the planning process and allow the planner to create memories that will last a lifetime. If you are someone who is looking to book your own preferred venue or vendors but need assistance with coordinating and/ or design then, Day of Coordination will best suit you.
Day of Coordination
Ensures that all the details of the event will be carried out on the day of the event. The Client and Coordinator will meet 2-3 weeks prior to the event for a final walk through of the venue and go over decoration ideas, booked vendors, and any other details to make the day of event run as smoothly as possible. Within these few weeks leading up to event day the Coordinator will be available to the Client to offer resources and answer any questions during business hours. The coordinator will direct day of logistics and vendor management. This service is for someone who has already booked preferred venue and vendors by this time. Rental Services
Provides you with a variety of top-quality event equipment and entertainment like tables, chairs, backdrops stands/ arches, tents and more. We strive to cover every detail with add-ons like linens, charger plates, chocolate and drink fountains, center pieces, cotton candy machines and more. We also keep your party guests entertained with a variety of lawn and card games that can be rented!
